Thus giving as realistic figures as possible when posting a home ensures a greater chance you will get a price close to or at what you are asking for the property.
• Properties you wish to list as

comparable (comps)

must have sold in the last six (6) months and have similar specifications to the property you are listing. Active listings are prohibited to be used as comps.
• Pictures are essential, especially for buyers who are not local and may be buying from across the country. The more pictures you include, the more interest you will generate from potential buyers. Please keep in mind that some buyers will not even consider listings without images. Pictures are encouraged to have a resolution of at least

750 x 500.

• In the event that the property you wish to list here is already listed in the

Multiple Listing Service (MLS),

we encourage you to price the property lower than it is listed on the MLS. Buyers tend to act faster and submit serious offers when they believe a property is priced to move quickly.
